New Products from Zoeva!

Hey guys! Today we’re going to be discussing a new brand, Zoeva. well, actually, it’s not a NEW brand so much as I’ve never spoken about it on my blog before. I’m very happy to announce that I have been added to the press list for Zoeva, so now I can share the awesome new products with you, similar to how I do it with Essence and Catrice. I know I’m a little bit late with posting about this, but I figured it’s better late than never. So here we go, the first post about Zoeva!
Matte Eyeshadow Palette
SLXLM

This palette was inspired by a nightime stroll through the city, calm but bright and alive. You get 10 shades in this palette, all matte. The palette costs 21,80€, which breaks down to 2,18€ per shadow. There is a total of 15 grams of product inside, each shadow weighs 1,5 grams.
Here are a list of the ingredients:
Urban Culture, Chat late at Night, Nighthawks, Across the Street, Cheap Bar, Eerily Empty, Two Clocks, Through the Window, Lonely City: Talc, Zinc Stearate, Mica (Ci 77019), Octyldodecyl Stearoyl Stearate, Polybutene, Octyldodecanol, Phenoxyethanol, Tocopheryl Acetate, Lauroyl Lysine, Dehydroacetic Acid, [May Contain. +/- CI 77491 (Iron Oxides), CI 19140 (Yellow 5 Lake), CI 77891 (Titanium Dioxide), CI 77499 (Iron Oxides), CI 77492 (Iron Oxides), CI 75470 (Carmine), CI 16035 (Red 40 Lake), CI 77742 (Manganese Violet)]. // Lost in Thoughts: Talc, Aluminum Starch Octenylsuccinate, Mica (Ci 77019), Magnesium Stearate, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Dimethicone, Phenoxyethanol, Dimethiconol, Tocopheryl Acetate, Dehydroacetic Acid, Cera Alba, [May Contain. +/- CI 77891 (Titanium Dioxide), CI 77492 (Iron Oxides), CI 77491 (Iron Oxides)].
The formula varies a little bit shade by shade, but I’ve never seen a major difference in the shades.
I own 3 palettes from Zoeva, and i can tell you the quality of the shadows is amazing.
Brushes
Zoeva is releasing quite a few new brushes into their already extensive line.
135 Face Definer
SLXLM

This brush costs 14,50€, which is not a bad price for a high quality brush. (The sets can run up to 125,00€.) The hairs are pure synthetic and the length is 16 CM. It has a tapered head for easy handling, and it works with cream, liquid and powder products for a flawless application. You can also use it to blend concealer into the under-eye area, although for my personal comfort I think it’s a little bit too big for that. Also, I am very partial to my Beauty Blender for that purpose.
113 Fluid Arc
SLXLM

The Fluid Arc will run you 16,99€, a little bit more expensive than the aforementioned brush. The hair is also pure synthetic and it is also a 16 CM long brush. This is used to apply cream contour products or blend foundation, and the curved shape helps to fit all face shapes for perfect blending.
117 Petit Defined Buffer
SLXLM

14,99€ for this one, again the same specs as before, synthetic hair 16 CM long buffer brush. According to the description the small, angled brush head is perfect for blending under the eyes and along the nose. It’s tightly packed bristles will give you a flawless, natural look to your makeup.
137 Petit Fan
SLXLM

Can someone tell me what exactly these are used for? I always use them to apply highlighter but then I go back in with a thicker brush because fan brushes don’t give me enough glow. Leave me a comment with a suggestion  on how to use them! Anyway, this brush will cost you 9,50€, has synthetic hair and is 16 CM long. According to my information, it is suited well for applying precise highlighter and separating eyelashes. Interesting!
331 Precision Lip
SLXLM

A simple lip brush with all the same specs as the brushes above. This could be nice for the new Anastasia Beverly Hills lip palette!
Brow Collection
Graphic Brows
SLXLM

Similar to the ABH Brow Whiz, this comes with a pencil on one side and a spoolie brush on the other for easy filling of the brows. The pencil is thin for precise filling and retractable to keep it from getting dry. This is available in 4 shades to fit almost everyone, and it’s long lasting, smudge proof and waterproof. It runs for 8,50€, but you can get this and the Graphic Brow Fix for 15,50€! The formula is also vegan, free of mineral oils and preservatives. You get 0,09 grams of product for the price, which caculates to 94,44€ for 1 gram. Das exspensive.

The formula is also vegan and free of parabens, fragrances and alcohols. These will run you 9,50€ unless you buy the bundle for 15,50€. SLXLM

This is a highlighter stick specifically for your brow bone. It is a waterproof formula, and suitable for all skin types. I don’t like cream highlighters very much, but I guess they might work for the brow bone! The formula is vegan, free of mineral oils, preservatives and paraffins. Brow Spectrum Palette
SLXLM

This is a cheaper dupe for the brow palette from ABH. It comes with 6 brow shades, ranging from black to blonde, and 3 highlight shades for the brow bone. I love this idea for MUA’s and Freelancers, once easy palette for every client! You get 13.5 grams of product for 23,80 which breaks down to 1,76€ per gram or 2,64€ per pan.  This palette is not vegan, but is free from parabens, mineral oils, perfumes and phthalates.
